Monroe Cleaner

Completely taken advantage of as a novice dry cleaning customer. Took 2 very nice curtains to Monroe's & was quoted a very reasonable price. Turns out, it was too reasonable, so reasonable in fact, that rather than call me to say, 'hey we may have mis-quoted you,' they let me pick my items up like nothing weird happened-got home (all excited of course), hung them up & realized they had only hemmed one of them! well, naturally, I jumped right back in my car & when I got to there, I was told that I -THE CUSTOMER- was wrong & I must have purchased 2 different length curtains. WHAT?! Are you kidding me? These curtains were already hung TOGETHER on the same window! Just needed them shortened for a new window! I thought I was losing my mind. I heard a lot of 'Not my faults' from behind the counter & I said, calmly-since I still needed the other one hemmed-how much & mentioned that they did do a really nice job on the other. picked it up today-work is sloppy-paybacks a bummer. don't go!
