First tanning experience here and I like it. Staff is helpful and it is very clean.

This store is running a scam. They will charge your gift card or debit card for a tan, then tell you the booth is broken and then refuse to refund your money. This has happened to me 3 times and to a friend once. The gift cards are not good at other Hollywood Tans. The store is run by a group of unprofessional teenagers. I have reported them to corporate to investigate the franchise holder and to the better biz bureau. Avoid this store! Its a rip off.
