        I have no idea how they show a 4.2 out of 5. On their site review page

        This store has the most inept GEEK SQUAD. STAY AWAY FROM GEEK SQUAD they are a bunch of lazy lying inept people. I have worked with Aaron Morgan the supervisor Erin and Jose. All of which did not fix the issue they just did what they wanted to get me out of the store. Simple issue with an HP computer and they would not fix it to work the way it is supposed to be. Came up with work arounds that did not solve the issue then in an attempt to show they can do their job for corporate they closed the ticket and showed it as picked up Before I Picked it up. This is AFTER a phone call to Morgan the supervisor.

        Do not trust or deal with them if you don't have to.

        Look at the other reviews on other sites this store's is awful. Yelp Google YP these guys are horrid
