Noise



If you get the back apartment beware there is Albertson's loading dock there, it can be noisy. The times are unpredictable as truckers go in and out; could be at 5 am or some times even mid night.



I have nothing against Vietnamese. However we had Vietnamese neighbors that talk and take long showers at 2 am. It isn't just 1 neighbor it was the neighbors below us, across us, and even a few units from us we could hear at night from talking really loud.



Safety: Beware maintenance doesn't pay attention to spider webs and when we inform them of where the spiders are they some times forget to do it.



The price of the rent is 1050. However, that didn't include water, trash, and gas. They charge you some % of it.



Make sure to move your car the 1st & 3rd of each Wednesday if you park on the street or else you will get a ticket.



Insulation is typical cheap apartment and felt really cold during the winter..
