Salon 210

I called ahead and asked for an appt for a cut/color for my extensions. My appointment was at 2:30. Once I arrived to the salon at 2:30, stylist Jessie had me booked for 1/2 hour which I didn't understand since I called ahead for the appt. She said this service would cost at least $200 I said ok , then she said it will take 4 hours I said ok and then she said her next appointment is arriving to walk around the mall and she would call me after her next client and she never did. I felt as if she brushed me off because she didn't know how to properly color extension. Bad customer service never again will I go there.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! They totally screwed up my daughters color. Then went on to publicly humiliate her and told her to "just go". So unprofessional and that was one of the owners. Really? That is not the way to treat customers.

I have never written a negative review until now, I hate to be so negative but I want to warn people before they go to this salon. I walked in and was given dirty looks by three of the employees. I am 17 and was getting my hair done for prom, I picked the color I wanted knowing I wanted my hair bleached. My hair is in bad condition but not terrible, the girl doing my hair kept insulting my hair and said she wouldn't bleach it, which I understand considering it is unhealthy so we both agreed on heavy blonde highlights, I wear colored contacts and the girl doing my hair kept asking my questions about them and was totally being rude and disrespectful. I was already stressed out about prom and this just made it worse. I was given dirty looks the whole time and really was being kind and respectful to the girl doing my hair. I still tipped her a large tip because my hair didn't look terrible even though it wasn't what I wanted for prom at all. I will never go back to this salon and I hope they learn to treat customers better. Some of the employees were very kind so I cannot say all of them were rude, but my experience was the worst salon experience I have ever had.

Every time i have gone to Salon 210, I have been disappointed, whether for a haircut or for waxing. I am currently 18, and have gone there maybe 6 or 7 times in the past. They always give me a stylist that is way too old to understand what a teenager wants; I always left with that horrible two feet tall blowout thats shellacked in hairspray. Or, on the other end of the spectrum, they gave me someone too young and inexperienced, who gave me a terrible haircut. For waxing, the person is usually clumsy, and one time the woman doing it went and answered her cell phone right after applying wax to my brow.

I have never left this salon happy, and sometimea I've left in tears. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they will treat you with respect.

Renee started doing my hair in 1984. I have long naturally curly hair. Every hairdresser thinks that they can cut curly hair, but the truth is, not all of them can. Renee can. Not only has she been doing my hair for nearly 29 years, but she has cut both of my kids hair their whole lives (including their first haircuts), as well as piercing my daughters ears when she was 2 weeks old. She is an excellent hairdresser, a good friend and the only person I trust with my hair. Anyone that says anything different, I beg to differ, because anyone that can do MY hair deserves a gold star!
