        Very disappointing. Our Flex hit a tree and tore the front wheel off. The body shop fixed it and we got it back. When you drove it the power steering would quit without any notice. My wife drives it primarily so I took it back three times for this problem. The body shop boss said leave it over night all three times. He never had it happen to him so he considered it a nonissue. It happened to us dropping off the car and leaving the their parking lot. I won't have my wife drive an unsafe car. We traded it in on a new flex at Bill Brown, we'll never do back to North Brothers.

        Overall

        Had a great experience at North Brothers Ford when we leased our Explorer. Our salesman Mike Wegehaupt was very helpful as well as the sales manager and the finance department.
