Mini U Storage

I paid over $5,000 in storage fees. When I went to empty the unit the garage door springs were rusted, therefore, hard to open and close door. Over the course of a week, I had to make arrangements for somebody to meet me to open and close door. They asked me to empty half of the unit so they could replace springs but I am handicapped and at first they wouldn't agree to sign a waiver stating they would be responsuible for any items damaged when they moved them. Finally, they agreed to be responsible for any damages. Two old men moved the items and broke a shelf unit and gouged a marble table by dragging it on concrete and the springs weren't replaced. The owner is extremely rude and was very hard to deal with. Before items were damaged, she offered me $95 for all of the inconveniece. After damages, she offered $100, then finally $110. I gave her three weeks to resolve the matter and she waited till the last day and paid $200, I just wanted to be done with this, therefore agreed. Nightmare!!! No star rating wasn't an option which is the only reason I gave one.
