        I hired Kevin Flahavan after I was T-Boned in an intersection. The person that hit me tried to say I ran a red light and the accident was my fault. I suffered injuries to my neck, back and cervical spine and did not have any health insurance. When I called Kevin I was scared I was going to be blamed for the accident and I had no idea how I was going to be able to pay for any of my medical bills and treatments. Kevin was always honest about everything and he told me about what could be a problem in my case. But he was always optimistic and confident which and it was great to be around someone like that at that time. He is extremely gracious with his time and was always available if I needed him. He immediately worked out a payment plan with the hospital so I could afford my bills and treatments while my case was going on. We got good news when the police report said the other driver was at fault, but the other side continued to deny everything. Kevin was there with me through the entire process and ultimately got me an amazing result. I couldn't have found a better attorney. Thank you, Kevin! -Mike
