Very disappointed. Bathroom h...

Very disappointed. Bathroom has no ventilation and was SOO hot. People smoke out on the patio. The food was very $$ and not very good. My cheese ravioli was soo bland. My husband had a veal dish that was literally sitting in a soup of sauce. Ew. I also had a Happy Birthday gift certificate which they would not honor. They said it was ONLY good at the North Olmsted one (apparently the brother and sister do not get along). I find it humorous that the sign outside says Since 1967. This restaurant has been open for 2 years. I waited on a glass of wine -- which .. the size of the glass was like 3 sips and was 6.50. Ridiculous. I love going out to dinner and I will not return here ever. (they said they'd send me their own b-day coupon .. but of course would not give it to me that night -- will not be used by me!)
