Worst haircut ever, I wish I could give negative stars. Apparently a simple fade is to complicated for people.

i went in to get a cut and some highlights done. i was TOLD that i was ONLY going to get a cut done. my cut came out uneven. the right side of my hair is longer than the left. and there are some strands that are longer than the rest of the hair around it. i tried to say something to the girl as she was taking off the cape, but she was too busy talking to her co-worker to listen. i paid for my haircut with my debit card and wrote in the total including tip on the line. i, unfortunately, did not write in the amount of the tip on the tip line. so when i got my receipt back, i noticed that she increased her tip! the amount i was charged was NOT the amount that i authorized on my SIGNED charge receipt. i would avoid this place. they do not listen to, nor do they care about their customers.
