This company knowingly sent me on the road with faulty front brakes on a sportbike. BUYER BEWARE!! I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but the fact that this company put my safety at risk is where lines are crossed.



I took my Suzuki GSXR 600 (sportbike) to have a safety recall performed on the front brake master cylinder. After two weeks, I was contacted by the company informing me that the recall had been completed and picked up my motorcycle. I inspected the bike at home, and it was obvious the master cylinder (and the other parts that are replaced with the recall, brake fluid overflow reservoir, new upper brake line) hadn't been replaced. Nothing had been touched. I confirmed my findings on an online forum with owners of the same year/make/model motorcycle.



I then called the company to ask what the deal was and if it was a mistake and they told me I was wrong and that the only thing that was replaced with the master cylinder recall is the master cylinder. This was also false as there are a few things that suzuki replaces in the master cylinder recall (overflow reservoir, upper brake line).



Once I brought the bike in, they confirmed my finding and offered to do it on the spot. No way I was letting these people anywhere near the bike again. You don't mess around with safety recalls, and you don't knowingly put someone out on the road with faulty front brakes on a sportbike.



If you have gotten your master cylinder recall performed at this location, I advise you two double check to make sure the work was actually completed. I'd hate to hear of someone getting hurt, or worse, because this company was lazy and didn't complete a recall THAT THEY WERE GETTING PAID TO DO.



Bitter taste in my mouth after this experience. Bad business. Safety is nothing to mess around with! Be careful with this company people!
