Richard of Heartland Property management was recommended to me by a friend to manage my property. To this day we have never met in person. He has managed my house like it's his! I don't think of him as just my property manager but a very good friend. His dedication, intelligence and care are unsurpassed and there are not enough superlatives to recommend him. We usually speak several times a month and he's always on top of any issue that may arise. He's gone above and beyond the call of duty so many time for me that I've lost count of them. I wanted to say what a wonderful experience I have had with this company for the last 3years. I have 8 properties that they manage for me in Indianapolis. I have never had a problem with communication with them & my computer portal makes it so easy that I find I rarely need to speak with them. They have saved me a lot of money over the last 3years & I am grateful for them. They have helped me maintain my expenses & not lose money in the last few years. My tenants usually always pay on time and from what I can see they located/screened some pretty good people for me. & I look forward to continuing my relationship with this company until I am finally able to sell my homes
