Love this store!!! Staff is very helpful. I have purchased product as well as had my bike serviced. All with no issues. In fact I won't take my bike anywhere else!!!!

This has been the worst experience I've had with any bike shop. They have my bike and won't finish putting it back together. I've been calling the shop on an almost daily basis to get them to move on it. All I get is pushed off till the next day. Don't bother taking your bike in for repairs. They may sell stuff ok, but their customer service has been atrocious.

Plain and simple, Kurt (the owner) will work with you at every level of your needs). His shop is also one of only 175 Certified Campagnolo Pro Shops in the country!!! Campagnolo is the leader in top quality Italian components. This means Westerville bike shop is in direct contact with Campagnolo U.S.A. North America, and is authorized by Campy to fully service all things campagnolo -- and if something is not right he has the authority by campy to make it right!!! All in all he sells and/or can get almost anything you want in the way of cycling. Be sure to look him up when you're in the area. His shop is located inside of an older historic home, and is a great little shop to visit. Like I say, no matter what you want (bianchi, zipp, carbon this, aluminum that ) he can get it for you at the best price around.
