Worst service ever! Order was ...

Worst service ever! Order was not what we agreed to over the phone even after I asked again if they put veggies on the side and they confirmed. Drove home and it was wrong. Went back and asked for money back, did not have time to deal with it. They said that is not Jimmy John's policy. I asked if they could put the lettuce on the side like I asked for and they replied again that it was not Jimmy John's policy. Peter there was extremely rude and had no interest in accommodating me. All I wanted was a little lettuce to apply after I warmed them up at home so I did not have to run to grocery as well. Never dealt with someone in the service industry so unconcerned about the customer. I will never go back all over 10 cents worth of lettuce.
