The Human Services Department is a part of Burlington County, N.J. The department funds and monitors programs for human service providers, mental health agencies, the homeless, and alcohol and drug abuse centers. It also administers the Municipal Alliance Drug Education Program. The Human Services Department operates a center that provides education for people with driving under the influence (DUI) convictions. The department s Post House is a rehabilitative facility that provides residential and outpatient after-care treatment for substance abusers. It operates the Disabled Services and Personal Assistance Program, which provides nonmedical care and employment assistance for physically disabled individuals. The Human Services Department operates the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center in Westampton, N.J.
