I went to ACTF Tae Kwon Do for 5 years. I started when I was five. Through Master Jerimiah and Master Overman's careful training and expertise, I quickly advanced the ranks to black belt by the age of 10. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to 1. learn self-defense, 2. get in shape or 3. find a fun and interesting hobby.
Master Overman has 37 years of experience in the martial arts. He offers the best comprehensive instruction in his field. His background offers an expansive range of all levels of combat and self-defense, no matter what you are looking for, trust in his experience and you will not be disappointed! He is an instructor who provides an optimal environment for strong growth, healthy development and defense awareness.
Dear Parents and students:
If Master Overman gives you an invitation to test for belt level, I strongly suggest that
you take that opening. For I have seen the change and confidence in my own child. With each belt level, I find more respect towards me, my wife and people in general.
It really seems to be a very important part of my childs advancement in her physical and mental beiing. I've seen the change. So, if asked to test, do it ! The gain is awesome.

I thought I knew a thing or two about learning and becoming a better person and the martial arts (considering my past experience in Tae Kwon Do)...The Instructor, Master Overman, is one of the best teachers I have ever had! He offers a comprehensive program that includes world-class self defense training, very appropriate standards and a whole lot of real-life lessons. Thanks to West Valley TKD, I have discovered a new me!!

Provided by DexKnowsMy boy Dallin has learned more from Ron about martial arts then any other instructor he has had. He participated in other city/County recreation programs and other programs, they don't hold water to Ron's personal touch. For the money we pay and what Dallin gets out of each class it's the best value for our dollar. Besides, Ron knows and cares about Dallin and money can't buy that. Thanks for all you do! Drew
