        Overall

        The people that are putting the pipeline in on the right road has been using Beach Road. I'm just wondering if they are going to be responsible to repair it when they're finished? Also I would like to know who would I contact to ask them to please slow down going down Beach. I've enclosed a short video of what happens on my road quite a bit lately.
