UPS

HORRIBLE place! no direct phone number so when you call the number online, they tell you they are open certain hours and when you arrive it’s closed! Looked online for an hour for a direct phone number and didn’t find anything.

this company blowws. they are now over 2 days late on an overnight delivery . going on 3 days

The 800 number listed for the West Springfield MA has pathetic service. The woman on the other end could only say, "a-hum". I called to ask if boxes were available to ship a 28 lb. stereo sub-woofer, and provided the dimensions. She had to switch me to another agent to handle it; and I was cut off. I would never ship USP. I'm stuck with them in this case because it's a manufacturer's warranty and they are paying for shipping. I guess you get what you pay for!

Absolutely terrible. Pay for one day shipping and do not get it. Tracking says it went out for delivery at 2:38am. It is 7:44pm and no package. This is not the first time this has happened. My son will now be without party of his costume for his dress up as your favorite book character day. Utterly disappointing.

Cristen (I'm not sure of spelling of name) was so helpful with my problem. A package was supposed to be delivered, but apartment # was missing. I called the 800 number, and he helped figure it out so package could be delivered by UPS and I wouldn't have to pick it up in West Springfield, MA. I live in East Longmeadow, MA, and it would have been difficult to drive there.

Horrible they didn't even my package on time !

Every time we have to have a parcel delivered to us, we dread when the proprietor informs, "your package will be delivered by UPS", because we know that the UPS delivery person will not have the common courtesy to knock or simply ring the door bell to pick up or sign for the package. It has become such a problem that if they tell us it will be delivered by UPS we cancel the whole order and go through a different company even if the item is a bit more expensive.

This is a local distribution center for UPS (not the store) I go and pick up a package and the staff was very rude and unhelpful with questions. It seemed like they wanted to just get rid of you. Good thing I will likely not encounter them AGAIN!
