I have rented from this company, in the end i would never rent from them again or reccommend them to anyone else. The landlord is very lazy, and doesn't care about his tenants, the grounds on which the property is located are not kept up, even snow romoval they come when they want to, problems with the building never get addressed unless we cal the city and they make him address the problems, he is the very definition of SLUMLORD.
