Do NOT go here to get anything engraved! I bought an expensive bracelet for my boyfriend for valentine's day and wanted something engraved on the back. First of all, I took it in a full three saturdays before valentine's day. They filled out the slip, wrote what i wanted, etc, and I explained that I wanted it all in lowercase letters, so she made a note of that, and said in a week and a half it would be ready. so this past tuesday I thought it might be ready... heard nothing... nothing wednesday... nothing thursday (no response to my message i left this day)... so today i called, and they said they'd do it by noon. my mom got there @ 1 and it still wasnt done. so she specifically told them what to write IN ALL LOWERCASE. She later hands it to my mom ALL IN CAPS/mispelled! I'm FURIOUS! She said she "doesn't have lowercase stencils" which someone should've told me prior to even leaving it there. Now my bracelet is messed up and i'm out a vday gift. This place is horrible.
