Thrifty Car Rental

Horrible company. Rented car over the phone was told the total wrong info. Called back to dbl check on the info and was treated rudely and hung up on. Called supervisor hoping for better help but same result. Arrived at thrifty only to be turned away for inadequate credit after they told me it would be fine I could they would put a cash hold(like other company's do) but they would not rent to me and I was stranded there. They should tell you they might not rent to you w/o credit approval when you make the reservation
