Palm Beach Lakes Surgery Center

I had foot surgery in this facility back in 2013. I came out with a dislocated shoulder. Obviously, someone was a bit to rough when shifting me from one table to the other. No one took responsibility for this accident and I was left to deal with it on my own. Physical therapy, ortho surgeon, chiropractic and constant pain are the result. At the time I contacted a lawyer and was asked if it was going to be a life long problem, as I could not honestly say at that time, I told them I was not sure. Therefore, I would not file a false claim. 3 years later with daily pain, I can say "Yes" I believe that my should will never be the same, as I have constant issues with it. I would be very careful and ask questions before having surgery at this facility.
