The thousands of fabricated documents used by national banks and trusts, drew my firmâ€™s attention to this area of the law. At first, the courts in Florida protected homeowner rights by disallowing reliance on the fabricated documents. Unfortunately, over the past 10 years, the homeownersâ€™ rights in regard to these faulty documents have diminished greatly.
