I called the night before at 11pm and booked my ride to the airport for 5:15am. The driver showed up at 4:45am I was pleased that a taxi was on time. I am from NY and had all the bad experiences I have had in NYC and was ready for games but this driver was polite, on time, and professional. He did not try to pull any games thatca NYC driver would attempt. He had a working meter and gave me an accurate quote so there were no surprises. I make multiple trips to west monroe and will be using this company.

I called for a taxi for the next morning to pick me up at 530 Am they are not open than their page says open 24 hr right. They need to shut all yellow cabs down the company is awful period. I've had my worst experiences with this company all over the USA. And this is a joke choose your doors your useless yellow cab.

Load of Crap!!! Is what they feed you. I read the reviews yet still tried this company. I requested a taxi the night before & called the following day at noon to confirm my taxi for 2pm, I was told that there was no taxi scheduled for me, but they will schedule one for me but it will take 45min. I was upset because I got off work at 2pm & had to wait to leave. 45min past by & I called & a lady answered & said that he's still out & should arrive 45min to & hour. I had no choice but to wait, so hour & 15min past and I received a call saying he's on his way. 30min later he shows up complaining how he's over worked & no one is working except him & he apologize for being late stating that "Rachael" didn't write my appointment down & he was there when she took the call but didn't see me on the route. I really believe they are under staffed but yet feed you lies that they are on their way just to keep business. I will NEVER used this company again & hope they don't take advantage of anyone else!!!

Called after a night out and one cab company didn't answer, and was told it would be a 30 min wait. So after 1hour wait had to call back to see where the cab was, the guy said he would be there in 5 min. Well after 2 more calls and 15 later they finally showed up

less than one star terrible company this has got the biggest joke of a cab business operating if you have any self respect use another company and dbernelle do you think anyone is fooled into thinking your not a driver for this company save your money and call the better business bureau so this company if that is a actually an applicable term to be shut down

They sucked. I called them at 8pm lastnight to give me a ride to the bus station. They said they couldnt get to me till 9:30pm my bus left at 9:50pm. I couldnt find any other taxi running in the area. Dispatched assured me they would be there at 9:30 on time. I called at 9pm and was told again they would arrive on time.....guess what 9:30pm arrive no one shows up. I call dispatch 26 times phone went just kept ringing....this stupid company almost cost me 250 bucks because they wanted to waste my time. I had to hitch a ride from a random stranger to get to the station....I will never ever use this company again.

Called this taxi company to get a ride at 8 am on a thursday. They couldnt give me a price. then they told us thirty minutes or so,now its almost two hours later and no show. we tried to call back and theres no answer. what a stupid way to run a buisness,no wonder they keep changing names and owners...

Am new New york, but that doesn't mean i'm stupid and taxi cab can fool me. I use cab everyday, but today the driver added 1.50 extra charge!

I will NEVER again use this service. I was at the sheriff's office in Monroe, LA and the dispatch HUNG UP ON A DEPUTY. They charged me $19.00 to go from the paper mill to Kiroli Park -- less than a 5 minute ride. They ALSO charged $5.00 for putting ONE box into the car.

THAT was the last time I have ever used their service because it IS A RIP OFF!!! LESS THAN 1 star rating but yp does not allow negative ratings which is what I give this company.

This is about the only legal cab company left in Ouachita Parish. This company adheres to the codes of the cities while the other companies don't and there is 1 company who HAS NOT been approved by the city of West Monroe and they CHARGE YOU $20 to ride right down the road. Yellow Cab is cheaper and does run more cabs so don't be fooled.

This use to be a reliable taxi company but now they're just down right terrible! It takes them 1 to 2 hours just to come get you that's if your not going to or from the airport or greyhound station! When you do call and cancel from them they'll play you like they played me and take 2 hours just to show up because you have cancelled in the past with them before but never again will I call on them for transportation! Please don't waste your time!

Have fair prices but the dispatcher is rude as can be I went to just in time taxi

Had occasion to use their services & found them prompt to arrive & economical in their route to & from my destination. Pleasant driver, I would use them again.

The cars are always late! The prices are so high that it shouldn't be lawful! If you need to get somewhere quick you better not call them! Arrivals are always an hour or more. I wouldn't allow my dogs to ride in these cabs!

I have rode several times with this cab.They have great service and sticks to their 24/7 time.Also has the lowest fares around!
