Did a great job on my car

I had my new 4-Runner backed into by a driver insured with USAgencies. Parker Auto Body did the work for the estimated amount, had it ready BEFORE promised, & it looked like it had never been hit - looked BRAND NEW - Tight, no gaps, perfect paint match. It was even washed, Armor-Alled, & they provided 2 spare keys (1 which operates my remote locks & alarm, just like from the factory - easily a $150 value for free!)... These folks are the best I've found locally so far. I would do business again!

Dropped my vehicle off and told it would be ready in a week. I had an agreement on a rental vehicle that would be a week also. Two weeks pass and my truck was still not ready. I was forced to turn in the rental car and I was stuck with no vehicle to drive. I finally got a call saying my truck was ready to be picked up. When I came to pick it up it had no grill or front end. I was told I would have to drive this around with these parts missing until they came in. I month later the parts arrived and the shop had no interest in installing them anytime soon. I was stuck with doing it myself.
