Livesay Management

I lived in a Livesay managed Apartment in Bloomington. They were very rude on the phone, including mocking me and hanging up on me. The building manager then refused to give me the name of his supervisor to report him. They kept my deposit although there was no damage. They changed the locks on our doors without telling us for a day and we were locked out for constuction without notification. They take advantage of college students, read whole lease very carefully! Do not rent with them.
