Orange County Mattress

Rude and flakers.

I'm a witness when my best friend went with me to buy his mattress.

He purchased a mattress about 2 years ago. And the mattress started to sag badly and couldn't sleep due to his severe back issues and the mattress made it worst.



So, he called the warehouse to have the mattress replaced.They keep playing games to him constantly for 3 months.

For 3 MONTHS customer (bad) service was playing games with him.



So now is getting even better.... READ THIS CAREFUL

Here's the issue. He bought the mattress almost CASH and I was witness.

But he lost the receipt, something that can happen to anyone. Who is keeping receipts from us and especially for 1 year or two? All the mattress tho have a specific code. This is a unique bar code on each mattress. This code acts like a receipt. You put the unique code into the system and all transactions of product are documented. This make sense right?



Well not to OC mattress. But with the specific code on EACH mattress OC Mattress if they were serious business, should have all records of sales. OC Mattress "pretend" they have no records!!!



This is a THE TRUE example of a large company selling (probably without declare to IRS) a product and ignoring the customer afterwards. They denied the record of receipt. So OC Mattress has "NO RECORD AT ALL" of this transaction. This raises a red flag. As if there is illegal business.



There are expectations of customer service and proper documentation from a company as large as this. They are denying any receipt and completely ignoring the fact that they sold a paying customer a poor quality product.

So now pretending that they don't have the receipt on their record. How cool is this?

When you sell a product with a bar code, you have in your system analytically every little detail of your product that you keep in YOUR storage facilities. You even know details like when you sold it, when you delivery, how much do you received etc. EXCEPT if you do not declare your sales to IRS. And this is very suspicious, don't you think? But the real true is simpler. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE SCAMMING costumers.



Stay away of this horrible store and company. Unfortunately horrible customer service, and horrible standards.
