In the 1970's and 1980's William DiZenzo dedicated his career to the Real Estate industry. After having success in this arena he purchased his first manufactured housing community in 1986. With the increasing need for affordable housing he changed the company's focus to managing manufactured housing communities. William was the former president of the Connecticut Manufactured Housing Association which his sons Jason and Sean currently are members of. DiZenzo Residential Communities has five communities in Connecticut. We are committed to providing affordable housing in a community that our customers are proud to call home. Our community standards are designed to allow residents to live in a well maintained environment while enjoying the privacy of their own home. Our residents enjoy the benefits of home ownership without the large financial commitment of owning the land. We are a retailer of Titan homes of Sangerfield, New York. There is a variety of design options in the floor plans to meet your specific needs. All of our homes come with a full one year warranty and are equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and built in microwave. Laundry hook ups are available in all homes. The homes come with a variety of choices for the color of the carpet, countertops, wall paper, floor coverings, siding and shudders. We ensure that all you have to do is move in after closing.
