Imperial is one of the oldest upholstering companies in the state of Connecticut. Blending old-time craftsmanship with modern day technology is what we do best. Every piece of furniture is treated like our own. High quality materials coupled with a meticulous attention to detail are what set us apart from other upholsterers. All our fabrics are first quality - absolutely no seconds. Each in-stock fabric in our shop is hand picked for display. Our fabrics are from around the world - woven in Italy, England, Belgium, France, Spain, and the USA. We receive prompt delivery on our custom order fabrics, usually one to three days. Our showroom rivals the New York and Boston Design Centers. We feature in-stock fabrics, a 3000-book fabric library, and hanging gallery samples. Our pricing is very competitive. All fabrics are discounted from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Customers are welcome to visit the showroom any time during the business hours. No appointment necessary .
