If this site allowed me to give a review of zero stars I would’ve done that. To be brief, my 9 year old dog was brought to the West Hartford facility to be examined for a stomach problem. None was found. Seven days later she developed kennel cough, which is a terrible illness. Given that our dog has zero interaction with other dogs it is reasonable to trace her catching this from the facility’s lack of cleanliness or the taking of appropriate measures to prevent such an occurrence.

If you are considering this facility, I suggest you’re best to look for a different option.

Wonderful doctors- ALL! The greeter is fabulous and helpful and seems to really love animals.

The service and friendly and happy atmosphere are always great. I live now in MA, and would not consider bringing her anywhere else. The doctor and staff all know what they are doing and I definitely care about animals especially mine.

Dr. Hoppy is the best. We would not know what to do when he retires. Text alerts are great to let us know when Dr. was running late. Dr. Hoppy is worth the wait.
