Katherine Billue, M.D., joined The Iowa Clinic in 2020 after completing her plastic surgery residency in Omaha. She was impressed by the culture of The Iowa Clinic and was excited about the opportunity to work with great surgeons in a patient-centered environment. Dr. Billue received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, where she also played college basketball during her undergraduate years. Dr. Billue finds that the most rewarding part of being a plastic surgeon is helping people improve their body image and reconstructive surgery. When Dr. Billue is not serving patients, she enjoys spending time with family and staying active by walking her dogs, working out, and playing basketball.
