I had an appointment, but didn't get in til 45 minutes late and no one even took time to apologize that they were running late or to let me know what was going on. The pedicurist herself did an ok job, but I have no plans to return.

This salon has really improved they are incredible

I went for a pedi. It was the worst one I have ever had. They removed my polish and put on new, soaked my feet for 5 minutes. No clipping, no cleaning. They could have cared less I was there.I think they probably need customer service training. I didn't check to see if the person who did my nails was even certified. I was disappointed I wasted my money.

My coworkers & I purchased certificates for this salon-4 visit(haircut,pedi/mani, facial, massage). We were very excited about them! My 1st haircut wasn't that great, but I figured she was young. A coworker & I went to get the pedi.They completely destroyed our nails. Another one got facial with an eyebrow wax, they burnt her face.The massuse quit, so got another haircut, but asked for the sr. stylist.She completely destroyed my hair. It's 2" shorter than I asked, jagged, different lengths, and frayed. I went to another salon to see if they could fix it and they were amazed how bad it looked. I was informed that it will take at least 3 visits to get it to a decent shape again - in the meantime they did what they could to get it even and not looking like a boys haircut. I told the owner what happened and she said she was sorry I felt that way, but she will do nothing for me. Not even an refund on the haircut. DO NOT go to this salon. They are rude and don't know what they are doing!!
