ShopRite

We ordered a birthday cake for a 9:00 am pick up for our son's third birthday party. It still wasn't ready at 10:40 am. They actually hadn't even started making it until we arrived to pick it up. It also wasn't what we ordered, so that was disappointing. I could never trust Shoprite with being in control of such an important aspect of a special day ever again. The situation was handled terribly as well. Zero professionalism or remorse whatsoever. They forgot about the cake, rushed it together while we were in the store (almost two hours later than scheduled pick up time) completely delaying an entire party. They said "well you don't have to buy it if you don't want to"...what?! Not a good look. Very careless in my opinion. They didn't feel bad at all for the three year old that didn't get the cake he was promised. Don't bother going to Shoprite for your cake, you won't get it!

I had a wonderful experience with Mullica Hill home delivery. I called up from out of state and my Mom got a wonderful care package right on time. Great selection!
