        Very poor customer service. Been waiting for over 2 weeks for a ceiling fan. Poor follow up as well.

        During a recent addition project, we went to Yale to check out recessed lighting. Brian was very helpful, and the store carried better merchandise than the big box stores. Customer service was outstanding, so we went back for additional lighting purchases. Brian was very patient and helpful, and we appreciated his advice, as well as the variety of fixtures available. Yale is now our go-to store for lighting.
