Union Station Apartments

Two months before my lease would be up on 04/17/2014 the former manager Stacy came to our place to review and see if she could renew our lease. My wife and I told her that we were looking for a house and we might find a house any moment and move out of here. However, she insisted on renewing, because in case if didn't find our house we would end up paying more since the rate would go up soon. And besides we could always sublease the place which was extremely common when she was the manager. She also mentioned that they would change all the appliances and our carpeting and fixtures in the toilet and the kitchen with new modern looking ones.



Now, we have found a house and we are ready to move out, not knowing that the management has been completely changed with very rude individuals who have no knowledge of what used to be going on here. Apparently, you cannot sublease your apartment any more and there is no indication of them changing anything in my apartment and my new rent is rip off and ridiculously hight! Please DO NOT even come close to this place, they will rob you like thieves and treat as if you are their slaves.
