        This was the worst experience! The person at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were there no more than 3 minutes and he was going through his mail and was completely disinterested in looking at the few coins we brought in. He had the audacity to charge us $35 for what he called an appraisal! There are plenty of coin dealers in the area. Please DO NOT waste your time going to Cincinnati Stamp and Coin!

        I found the staff polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. I brought in my Grandfather's stamp collection for a free appraisal. John showed me the values of the collection. Thank you!

        They advertise business hours; but when you show up they tell you they are internet based only. Why would you even post hours? Just to frustrate people who take the time to come out? Don't bother doing business here.

        Received a free appraisal on a stamp collection. Showed me what the stamps are probably worth. No pressure to sell. Nice people too. Good experience. Very informative.
