        BEWARE! They don't pay the subcontractors who are installing the windows in your home.

        I would think twice about hiring a company that doesn't pay the help. It could open you the homeowner up to having a lien filed against your property.

        I'm in the process of recovering money from this business right now.

        I am a Pella Certified Contractor. Pella makes a great product. Next time go to the Pella website and look for a local Certified Contractor who will work closely with you until you are satisfied.

        Stay away! I had the same expe...

        Stay away! I had the same experience as prior review. Incorrect sliding door installation, cost $4000 and I have to have it repaired at my expense. They won't call back and won't admit incorrect installation.

        Complete dissatisfaction

        My experience with Pella Window and Doors and its' associates was very poor. They were unknowledgeable, and unhelpful in dealing with customer complaints after installation. I have to replace the entire door and frame. If possible, go somewhere else.
