A teller named Jamie, refused to allow me to make a withdrawal because she didn't recognize my face so I had show her identification. I didn't have my state id with me at the time so I gave her my school id, which she accepted twice. This morning, she was again stated that she didn't know me and couldn't accept my school id. When I asked her why not when she had accepted it before, she stated that I looked like the person on the picture but she didn't know if that was my real name. When I asked her why did she accept it the last two times if she wasn't sure that was my name, she proceeded to tell me that she will get a supervisor for me to speak with. She comes back 2-3 minutes later and states that her supervisor said I needed identification. When I asked to speak to the supervisor myself, she stated that the supervisor was not there and that I had to come back at 8 to speak with her. Well, who the hell was she speaking with in the back?!! I guess all black people look alike
