I had gone for my first visit at True Salon Spa & Boutique, and was very impressed with everything. While scheduling my appointment on the phone, the receptionist was extremely sweet and patient with me, and the salon was a very comfortable, clean, and friendly environment. My hair turned out absolutely amazing, thanks to ASHLEY! From the very start she was so nice, listened to what I wanted, and very professional. She defiantly knows what she is doing and is a miracle worker! I will absolutely be back to this salon! LOVE

Finally found a salon that I feel comfortable in,The staff at True treat they're clients like friends from the minute you walk in the door,very professional and you walk out gorgeous! Gail did my layers perfect and effortlessly,can't wait to go back for my next visit,True salon is like awesome-sauce for your hair!!

I can not say enough about how thrilled I am with my hair!!! It was my first time at True, a friend recommended them to me. I was reluctant to try someone new but I just wasn't happy with my hair the last few visits to my salon. I can not say enough about how great my highlights look. I love True and I love my hair! I will be back.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I got a men's haircut which was done exactly how I asked. I also had an eyebrow wax based on my stylists recommendation. I have to say I felt and looked like a million dollars when I left. Best experience I've had in a salon.

I had a keratin should last 3-6 months 250 bucks....... worthless lasted less than 2 months I bought their recommended shampoo and conditioner Lanza ,no clorine, no hard water ext... and True said pretty much oh well your sol Your hair type must not be good for the treatment FYI NOT what I was told before I got it and paid them..Plus they were rude when I called asking for suggestions. Save your money not worth the short term effects.

Every time I go to True Salon, I have an amazing experience. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and very skilled and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Cara has cut and colored my hair for many years and does an excellent job each time. I always get compliments and have recommended many friends to her! No matter what service you are looking to get done, True Salon has the perfect stylists to accommodate and exceed your expectations. Additionally, True is very active in the community and is always giving back by hosting fundraisers for cancer patients, which I find generous and refreshing. If you are looking for a new salon, I highly recommend True! Your experience will be luxurious and relaxing and you will leave feeling pampered and beautiful!

True is absolutely the best salon that I've been to. Trust me I'm a hair girl and going from salon to salon I can now say that I've found the place to go. The atmosphere is crisp and clean and the staff makes you feel most important. Most importantly! - After walking out that door I'm always 100% satisfied with the job they have done. My hair is always the way I want it. ( not like most other salons) They go above and beyond to meet your needs. If you are looking for a salon SERIOUSLY go to True. You WILL NOT be making a mistake!!!

All salons are NOT the same. True in West Berlin is exceptional. My first experience there was two weeks ago - hair cut, color and glaze and pedicure. I felt 20 yrs. younger when I left. The staff there is what it's all about. Evolved humans who know their craft. I thank them so much. Gail Lugo is phenomenal. Healther is a trip to lala land and more.

Wow! This place is amazing. This salon really knows how to treat a  

client. It was an upscale appointment with down-to-earth staff and  

prices! The spa room alone made me want to book the next available  

appointment! Everything about TRUE salon was TRULY wonderful. I will  

be returing next time I am home from college Thank You!
