        Terrible experince. After our trip of course, we do our research and find numerous former clients with gripes. Among them: poor customer service, "we weren't important", "i felt like she didn't have time for us", and "we did alot of the planning ourselves becasue SST was so expensive".... Our experience: the owner was RUDE, our agent QUIT, and absolutely NO ONE helped us with our trip. ---- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE -----
