I have been going to this salon for many years and have most always been happy with the results, especially with the hair color. The staff is friendly, the environment is pleasant and the owners are very kind and accommodating. I'm changing salons after 10 years of their service as a result of 2 very bad haircuts out of my last 3. It took over a year to grow out the first horrible haircut and I'm still growing out the last one. I had to go back and ask the owner to fix it and and I showed photos of what I asked for originally, the owner said "well, it's hard to tell how to cut hair from a photo." It's not that my hair didn't look even close to the photo but the worst part is that is was uneven and chopped up. Horrible experience. I should have known better when the stylist told me after I asked if she knew how to do the cut , she said "I watched a video last night on how to do the cut." Also, if you get a haircut or color, you have to pay extra to leave the salon with dry hair! I never agreed with that nonsense, but thought all salons were like that...no, not the case. So after 10 years of faithfully making hair appointments and leaving above average tips, they've lost me as a customer.

During my first time at the salon I had Val do my color. The consult lasted about 10 seconds but she seemed to understand that I was looking to get a dark auburn color. Apparently she didn't understand because my hair is dark purple instead of auburn! To top it all off, she left me with hair color all over my face and neck. I will never give this salon my business again and I will make sure that no one I know goes there either!

The haircut I always get from Creative Cut is exactly what I am looking for each time. The stylists know me (and my hair) each time I come in, and remember how I like it styled. If I am looking for a new style, they are able to take a picture from a magazine and using that as a blueprint! The people are very friendly and professional. I have never gone anywhere else since I found Creative Cut and have no reason to. They are exceptional at what they do.
