Pembroke Fuel Co Inc

I have been with this company for quite a few years now, they installed a new oil burner for me and up until now, there has really not been a problem. I have called them about five or six times for an oil delivery over the past month or so and they have not gotten back to me, or delivered the oil. on three of my calls I asked if there was a problem and to please call me back and let me know what the problem was so that I may address it, but still, no call. I am dangerously low on fuel and am now resorting to filling out a form on the Better Business Bureau site and yelp. i came to this website for the physical address for the form and found this spot for review. so here is my review. IF YOU READ THIS PEMBROKE, A PHONE CALL WITH A REASON YOU ARE DROPPING ME WOULD BE NICE! I am sorry if it takes me a few months to pay one thousand dollar oil bill, but i have ALWAYS paid! If this is the reason, you should tell me and i could pay you half up front maybe even all of it! RUDE!
