Fantastic doctor! I was thoroughly impressed and taken back by the kindness and true genuine desire to not only listen but ask questions. I brought my 2 year old son and Dr. Philbrick was so patient and understanding. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment and immediately saw the doctor.

This provider is horrible. I went in this morning thinking I had strep. She rudely tells me welcome to winter. Tells me warm salt water, throat spray, etc.. All which I have been doing. I said that I was taking Ibuprofen ever 4 hours and she told me so rudely that it is not safe. I was like okay so what other alternatives do I have (like can I alternate or something) and she tells me she is not going to argue with me. What a weird lady! I have her down as my family doctor but now I can clearly recall why I would never go to the doctor. There is not much I can say for the staff either. When someone is sick they don't care if you have all the insurance information or not. Bill them later then!!! What a terrible experience and being sick. I'm so frustrated that I feel worse than when I went. So bad that I wanted to make sure to write this review. I recommend you find someone else to visit.

This is the least professional doctor's office I have been to. The nurses were not very friendly, and the office was not very organized. Whenever I call the office, I have been placed on hold for a significant period of time or the phone keeps ringing even though it is during office hours. Last week, I had an appointment, but when I showed up, no one was there. I had to track down the doctor to find out what happened. She told me to call back the next day, but because of the snow, I did not make it to work until a little after 11 am. I called the office when I was settled, but the recording stated the office was closed (they close at noon on Thursdays). No one called back to apologize for the inconvenience, and when I tried to reschedule today, they very rudely asked me why I didn't call them last week Thursday. That was it. My children will have a new pediatrician for the primary care physician.
