Overall

Very disappointing. Some of the staff are very friendly and kind, but the food quality has gone WELL BELOW standards lately. I usually order the same item each time through the drive-thru, a grilled chicken club without mayo. (4) times now in a row going to this location I have been given a sandwich that is soaking wet, bun ripped, one shriveled tomato and a chicken patty that is chewy in some places. Every single time I go back I think to myself that things will be different but it hasn't stopped. Today was my very last time.
