        Some good, some bad

        The work he completed was good, but he did not do all the work he contracted for, put us off for weeks and did not return to do it. We finally had to hire someone else to finish the job. He reimbursed part of our cost but wouldn't make it up to us completely, so we're still out half of the money it cost us to finish what he originally agreed to.
