Jimmy Brooklyn's Pizza Parlor

If you love pizzas you better visit this place any time soon! I am pretty much sure that you will not get disappointed with the service and pizzas.

I've ordered several pies from them over the past two months, but unfortunately every single one of them had burnt crusts. In fact, the only pie that wasn't burnt was when I asked them to make me another. I'd rate them zero stars but this website will not allow it.

Pizza crust and sauce on par with every other place. Why I would order again - the toppings. I enjoyed the taste and freshness of them.

Ordered veal parm, penne w/meatballs and lasagna.

Sauce - a little too sweet for my liking but not bad. It didn't knock my sox off

Meatballs - not good. They were rubbery

Lasagna - not bad. I could actually taste the ricotta cheese

Over all - C+

So Good. The ingredients were REALLY fresh on our pizza - this is the best pizza in Wellington, Period.

We relocated from new York last year and it has been our mission since to find real pizza which we have not accomplished since finding Jimmys Bklyn pizza , hooray pretty darn close!.We will be regulars here.

If you are from the NY metro area and miss the pizza you grew up on, this is the pizza parlor for you. I've lived in FL for 3 years and this is the first true Brooklyn-style pizza I've found.
