City Furniture

Strong floor sales but no customer support after the sale. We purchased an expensive mattress and box spring May 2011 and have been attempting to speak with soomeone that will listen at both City Furniture and the manufacturer for over seven (7) months now. We beleive that the mattress is defective and neither City Funriture nor the manufacturer, Sterns & Foster (Sealy) will acknowledge our emails or phone calls requesting assistance. CIty Furniture says they provide a dedicated phone number for such inquiries, it does not work either. Not only did City Funiture overcharge for the mattress and box spring, they sold us defective bet set and are doing nothing to support this customer. It is so dissaponting we thought you should now. It is a shame that social media is the only way to get attention for such shameless service.
