"I created a profile through Thumbtack for qualified window installers. I received a response from Joseph Puggioni of Weedsport window and glass within an hour via email. We started communication immediately. He has been in the window installation business almost 50 years, very knowledgeable, explained all of my options, did not over charge me, worked with me and my current situation and was looking out for my families best interest. Joe had his crew go out to my house immediately to view the window and give me a quote. I also informed him that I did get multiple other quotes and some of them wanted to charge me three times what Joe quoted me, others wanted to replace the whole picture window, another wanted to board up my front window for a few days until the replacement came in. When Joe and I communicated he said he wasn't trying to down play others to get my business, he just wanted to educate me and do the right thing for me, I felt like I was talking to a relative who really cared about my well being. He explained to me that the window did not need to be fully replaced just the outside double pane window did and it does not take long to fix. I agreed to have Joe fix my window for me, he ordered the window it came in on Friday September 2, 2016 and he was willing to put it in on Saturday September 3, 2016 (Labor Day weekend), but I told him that it could hold off until next week, so it was installed beautifully on Wednesday September 7, 2016. Joe is a very honest, hard working, organized, amazing follow through, educated specialty business man. I would definitely recommend him and utilize his services again."
