September 2013 Felder Blot pressure washed and built a fence for my property he did an amazing job for the amount i had paid. He was very professional and I would definitely hire him again. Only issue was that he would take some time to go handle some religious duties, but he did such a quality job that it didn't bother me much.

In May of 2013 Felder Blot contracted tor over $15,000 to build a security fence for our property, and it is still not completed, now that it is mid-September. His work is sub-par, he uses untrained crew-members, breaks resident's property due to careless work habits, and leaves debris as he works which he does not discard. He takes numerous days off to attend to personal business, or long parts of the day to go to church. Our property is now exposed (because he has gone out-of-town) in places for the first time in decades, thanks to his poor work-organizational skills. I cannot recommend him for any large project where liability is a concern. I could expose more of his odd work habits but think this will suffice.
