        The absolutely worst, incompetent, and rudest office staff imaginable. Most of the conversation in the waiting room is how rude the office staff is.

        If I could give this location no stars that would be too much. My husband scheduled a consultation for pain. The scheduler did not tell him that Dr Orillosa the doctor he was to see for a consultation had a practice in Baytown Tx. 3 miles away from where we live, instead we were directed to come to this location in Webster Tx, 26 miles from Baytown Tx. When he brought this to her attention she became very defensive, rude and disrespectful. She said she told him about the doctor and both locations and that she does scheduling everyday and does make mistakes. Our question is how can you remember EVERY client you speak with. Take responsibility for your mistake and move on. The level of disrespect she showed is totally unacceptable. Needless to say we will not be spending any of our money we are treated in such a manner. I did not get her name but she is the blonde scheduler at the Hwy 3 location. Her attitude really needs to be checked. What happened to common courtesy?
